Ignition Transistor Control Module for Mercedes 230.4, 450SE & 450SEL, 0 227 051 014, 000 545 39 32. Glazed over ignition points are commonly misdiagnosed as a bad ignition control unit. The Mercedes part number on this is 000 545 39 32 and the Bosch number is 0 227 051 014. The above part number was replaced by a later # 000 545 84 32 and Bosch # 0 227 051 024, so this will only be offered to fit through the 1974 years. The points on the transistor ignition units will not function, and neither will the ignition control unit, since no signal is received. IF the points are glazed over.
