Original Ford / Motorcraft TFI Remote-mount Ignition Module. This is the black CCD version used on the later engines – roughly 1994 – 1997, but please do your research to make sure this is the one you need. This part came off a 1996 F-150 that had this module replaced shortly before the truck was junked. As such, it is essentially as good as new. It is one of the last ones made with the Motorcraft name imprinted on the module. The ones you get today from Ford look rather generic with no brand name visible. I have no idea who actually makes them for Ford now. Any questions at all, just ask.
