Upgrades your old ignition control with microprocessor technology and diagnostic LED. Lockout & Retry: Provides 90 seconds of spark, then a 6minute purge delay between ignition attempts. After 3 unsuccessful trials (no pilot flame sensed), the module enters a 1hour lockout period. After lockout, if heat demand remains, it automatically retries 3 more cycles. Manual reset also available at thermostat. Diagnostic LED: Built in green diagnostic LED: continuously ON = normal operation; OFF = internal lockout; flashing = external problem e.
